Lyell Deer Sanctuary

Lyell Deer Sanctuary homes injured, abandoned and displaced deer. All proceeds go towards current and ongoing care of rescue animals.

The sanctuary is open to the public every weekend. Visitors can:

• feed the deer (through the enclosure fence)
• enter the paddock and bond with the deer (most enjoy pats)
• feed resident cows and goats
• see other resident animals including chickens, ducks, turkeys and guinea pigs

Toilets and a sheltered rest area with seating, toys and games are provided for visitor convenience.
