Natural Bridge Circuit
Natural Bridge Circuit
The Natural Bridge Circuit (Springbrook National Park) is a relatively easy walk, guiding visitors into an arched cave to view a waterfall plunging from above.
The track is approximately 1km return, consisting of sealed paths, rocky steps and wooden bridges.
My middle child was rather tentative on the stairs (they can be quite slippery) and was initially hesitant to enter the cave viewing area (it is a little dark). The beauty of the falls however, quickly won her over and she was very proud to have faced her fears.
The waterfall can be viewed from different angles as the track progresses.
Please note that swimming is not permitted. Flash photography should also be avoided as glow worms occupy this cave at certain times of the year.
Onsite, there are toilets and picnic shelter with table and chairs.
