Eridani Park
Eridani Park
Eridani Park has recently undergone a major upgrade!
At the centre of the parklands is a sheltered playground with traditional equipment. This includes a small climbing fort, swingset with toddler seat and two nest swings with full 360 degrees of rotation. Younger visitors will appreciate a small round-about, spinning flower structures and two small rockers.
An impressive nature play space extends along the side and across the rear of the playground. This recreational space features a wide, rocky creek bed with several water pumps! There are multiple opportunities for crossing the creek bed, including bridges, logs and rows of sandstone structures. The surrounding garden beds also boast raised agility logs, rows of stumps and nature themed equipment that makes musical sounds.
Towards the rear of the parklands is a flying fox and basketball, volleyball and Sepak Takraw courts.
Facilities include picnic shelters, an onsite volunteer clubhouse, toilet block and small car park.
Future upgrades include a BMX pump track, gym equipment and increased car parking.
