Boronia Bushland Reserve provides opportunities for bike riding or walking through the bush and local wildlife spotting.
Vehicle access to the Boronia Bushland Reserve is is via Conlan Street, Boronia Heights. A short drive into the reserve leads to a carpark overlooking an open area with
• two sheltered picnic tables
• barbeques
• small playground
• toilets with handicapped facilities
A network of wide concrete paths travel through the bushland. There are also dirt tracks suitable for cyclists or those with “off-road” strollers.. Despite multiple track options, there is no signage indicating distances or direction. Groups with prams, wheelchairs or less capable riders are advised to select the easier lower tracks.
Council reports that Eastern Grey kangaroos can also be found in the Boronia Bushland Reserve.
